Request a Refund

If you want to request a refund for your purchase, remember that to exercise the right of withdrawal, no more than ten (10) calendar days must have passed since the purchase and the request must be submitted at least 24 hours before the event.

REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED ONLY THROUGH THE FORM. Refunds apply to the total number of tickets in the purchase. The TOTAL of the purchase is refunded. Individual tickets from a multi-ticket order cannot be refunded. Refunds are only for the ticket value and do not include the service fee.

NO DATE OR TIME CHANGES ARE MADE. If you need to change the date or time, please purchase again and request a refund for the incorrect ticket.

Send your request only once, ALL are reviewed. Once you complete the form, your request is recorded. We will review your case to provide a solution.

REFUNDS, ONCE PROCESSED BY FANZ ARE SUBJECT TO THE TIMELINES OF THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTION TO TAKE EFFECT.
